Our Customer Support team can permanently delete your Pixelaart account upon request. To process this, you need to close/deactivate your account on your end first.
Please note: You can’t close an account when you have available funds (Pixelaart Balance or Earned Revenues). These funds must be refunded or withdrawn before the account can be closed.
To deactivate your Pixelaart account:
1. Click on your Profile Picture > Settings > Account Deactivation.
2. Choose a reason from the dropdown > Deactivate Account.
Permanently deleting your account:
Please keep in mind that this process is permanent and cannot be reversed.
We recommend reviewing your orders and messages before you request to delete your account, so that you can retrieve any files and information you might need in the future.
Note: Usernames cannot be reused on a new account.
