ID Verified Sellers

As part of our efforts to keep Pixelaart a safe place for our community and to conduct business, we often require sellers to verify their identity. There are certain cases where some sellers may receive an “Identity Verified” badge after their identification and information have been successfully verified—this badge further reflects trustworthiness and authenticity to their customers.

Identity verification on Pixelaart may be completed by submitting an ID document. In some cases, we may use other methods to verify one’s identity, in addition to or instead of using an ID document (ex. phone verification).

Please be aware that the verification process relies on information provided by the seller; therefore, we cannot guarantee that they are who they claim to be or that the data provided by them is accurate. We always encourage and enforce that all communication and transactions remain on Pixelaart—this also allows us to support and assist our buyers and sellers.
