If you encounter a Service or inappropriate behavior that doesn’t comply with Pixelaart’s Community Standards, you can report it.
How to report a Service #
- Go to the Service page, and click on the flag icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Select a reason from the dropdown and add a note.
If your specific concern is not provided as an option, pick the closest option and add the relevant details in the text box that will open in the next window.
How to message or conversation #
- In the message (in the Inbox) or the conversation (on the Orders page), click the flag icon to the right of the username.
- Select a reason from the dropdown.

How to report a video call #
After the call ends, you’ll see a note with the duration of the meeting and a link to watch the recording.
- Below the note, click the report the incident link next to the flag icon.
- Select a reason from the dropdown.

What happens after you report an item #
Reporting a Service or inappropriate behavior is a confidential process. The reported user won’t know who reported them.
Pixelaart’s review and investigation will be handled privately. To ensure your confidentiality, you will not receive a personal response to your report or any updates on the review process.
Having problems with an order? #
If you’re having a problem with your order, we recommend contacting the seller directly to try and resolve the issue. If you’ve already done that and could not come to a resolution, you can open a ticket with Pixelaart’s Customer Support.
