The Pixelaart team is introducing a new and efficient way for buyers to communicate with sellers and request orders in advance with the Request to Order option.
What is the Request to Order option? #
This new feature provides you with the opportunity to discuss your project’s specific requirements and start date, in advance.
You can look forward to:
- Feeling secure with your order
This is a great way to make sure you’ve selected the proper Service package, get confirmation from the seller that they’re aware of your order, and confirm project details and timelines. - Decreasing cancellations, and increasing your user experience
An open and active line of communication open from the start will help decrease the need to cancel orders, and is aimed to increase your overall user experience and satisfaction.
How it works #
For Services that have the Request to Order feature activated, you will see a Request to order button when you’re on the seller’s Service page, instead of the Continue button.
As soon as you Submit your request, it will be sent to the seller’s inbox. From there, they can message you back or send a Custom Offer. You can also request a Custom Offer.
FAQS #
1. What happens if the seller accepts an order that I don’t want anymore?
Custom Offers for the Request to Order feature works the same as any other Custom Offer. Once a seller approves of your order, you have the ability to purchase it whenever you’re ready to—or until it expires.
2. Can I order a Service without requesting it in advance?
Even if the Request to Order option isn’t available, you can always send the seller a message with questions or ask for a quote before you place your order.
If you would like to place an order without talking to a seller first, you can check back on the Service at another time, or order from a different seller.
3. What if I don’t see the “Request to Order”?
If you want to finalize details before placing your order, you can always message the seller directly and/or ask for a Custom Offer.
