➢ NETWORKING
❖ Geometry optimization and grid production according to customer requirements (Shell
Middle Surface and Plastic Parts Meshing, Solid Tetra and Hexa Interior Networking).
❖ Assignment of EIDs / NIDs / PIDs / MIDs according to the convention desired by the
customer.
❖ Assignment of module IDs, part names and parts structure in Part Manager according to
geometry and customer requirement.
➢ MORPHING
❖ Adjustment of finite element geometry as required.
➢ MODEL FEATURES
❖ Definition of fasteners, material cards, tie contacts and surface contacts.
❖ Creation of input decks for shell, doors / flaps and add-on parts.
❖ Dummy, seat and barrier positioning, belt routing and airbag folding.
I also provide my services in mechanical engineering subjects such as heat and mass transfer, thermodynamics, power plants, machine design, mechanical vibrations, internal combustion engines and fluid mechanics.
