I will provide Migration from Magento1 to Magento2

Description

As we all know, Magento1 has been replaced by Magento2 which is a more secure, powerful dashboard, speedy, and robust platform and supports the PHP latest version.

`I have successfully migrated more than 20+ Magento1 sites to Magento2 in the last 2 years.`

In this project, I will migrate all the data, theme, extensions, and all code-level customization from your existing Magento1 site to Magento2.

To start this project, I will need the following access from you. Please confirm which can you provide? 1) WHM/Cpanel 2) Live site backend access 3) Whitelist my IP 4) Any document or notes if you have from your previous developer.
Step 1: Review extensions on your current site
1) What extensions installed on the current site?
2) Identify if you need all these extensions on your new site?

Step 2: Build and prepare Magento 2 store for migration

1) Set up a Magento 2 hardware system using topology and design that at least matches your existing Magento 1 system

Step 3: Dry run
Before we start migration on the production environment, it would be best to go through all the migration steps in a testing environment.
1) Copy your M1 store to a staging server
2) Fully migrate the replicated M1 store to M2
3) Test the new store
Step 4: Start the migration
1) Make sure that the Data Migration Tool has network access to connect to Magento 1 and Magento 2 databases. Open the corresponding ports in your firewall.
2) Copy Media files
3) Start data migration process.
Step 5: Update incremental data
After migrating data, we must incrementally capture data updates that have been added in the Magento 1 store (such as new orders, reviews, and changes in customer profiles) and transfer these updates to the Magento 2 store using the Delta mode.
Step 6: Go live
Now that the M2 site is up-to-date with M1 and is functioning normally, do the following to cut over to the new site:
1) Put the M1 system in maintenance mode.
2) Start M2 Cron jobs.
3) Point to new production.
4) M2 store is now ready to use.
